I wonder how many residents at the last BOD meeting picked up on the LIES that Ralph continued to lay upon us. He even lied in the recent newsletter when he said: TO BE VERY CLEAR I want covenants and no hidden agendas. LIES. ALL LIES. Ralph is pushing for new covenants which would enable him and others to eliminate all of our amenities.
In answer to your submitted question, NO it is NOT LIKELY that Ralph will grow up anytime soon.

Ralph needs to either resign or be removed from the Board of Directors. He's poison to the integrity of our community along with his puppeteer Ed Pearlman and the other supposed 60 disgruntled homeowners that threatened to sue the board in 2009 which ended up costing the community over $8,000.
The August Newsletter doesn't even deserve to be used in the bottom of a bird cage. It was a complete political summation by Ralph, obviously never ever good as a writer or editor of anything. Several others have told me that he needs to be stopped polluting this community with his misinformation and garbage content that he continues to put in the community newsletter.
Ralph strives to legitamize his participation as a member of the BOD but has declared that our Covenants and By-Laws are invalid and have been since 1996, which would lead one to wonder why he is on the board when in reality it can't exist without legitimate Covenants and By-Laws.
I would be curious if Ralph has been a failure all of his life. He has certainly failed this community.

Investing in ridiculous website paraphenalia which has no benefit to Rivermont residents; a phone system set-up for which neither will ever be used or utilized by our residents; and a newsletter of little significance. The recently received Rivermont July newsletter was again a total FLOP. As with all of the newsletters this year, the Communication's Chairperson continues to saturate Rivermont with frivilous information. He needs to start disclosing why he and a handful of others have set their sights on destroying our by-laws, covenants and ACC guidelines by declaring them invalid since 1996. He is also embarking on driving Rivermont into bankruptcy.

Ralph's "bird cage" newsletter came out last week. Finally a Volunteer of the Month that is worthy of the title. Chrissy McVicker is indeed of the personality type, her character and sharing of her abilities and talent are well worthy of this honor being bestowed upon her.
The first three V of the M, are all morons. Ed Pearlman, the "potato head of Rivermont"; Jim Styles, "still owing a refund of $595 of HOA funds for his night out on the town dinner and wine splurge at Vinney's Restaurant about 4 years ago at the expense of homeowner's; and Bob Warren, clearly a mistake of humanity. Other content and information in the newsletter is all, for the most part, old business in nature from the last four years of board activity. Ralph keeps trying to reinvent the wheel. Nothing new, innovative or of any value to the community as a whole. Ralph would make the perfect doorstop.
Lied and misrepresented himself when running as a candidate for election to the 2010 Rivermont BOD. During the "Meet the Candidates" event, he stated that he would work as a good steward for the community and would apply and support the covenants and by-laws of Rivermont. He lied. He has done no such thing to date. He was a participant in 2009 of a group that organized to sue Rivermont constesting the validity of our covenants and by-laws which inadvertantly cost the homeowner's about $8,000 in legal fees to avoid a court contested confrontation. Sure hope Ralph is proud of himself.

Notice how much these person's resemble the original "THREE STOOGES". I'm beginning to think that "Mr. Magoo" is totally in charge of communications with little or no input, resulting in these poorly selected individuals. Not one of your selection thus far have provided any semblance of "volunteerism" for Rivermont. What have they done? You continue to amuse our residents with your repeated failures. Hope you are able to come up with someone more worthy for May. This group recognition for February, March and April sure isn't.

As usual, with all of your other claims you are totally wrong. There are no WOLVES in the Southeast. Quit applying your scare tactics to your lack of knowledge by making such stupid claims. If you want to see WOLVES go to the zoo. Otherwise you might want to make note that "coyote" and "fox" sighting's are common in this area...not WOLVES you moron.

Ralph "Jerk-Lien", working diligently to unravel and undo all of the good accomplishments that the BOD of 2006-2009 were able to put in place in the interest of keeping Rivermont a respectable community with the integrity of an upscale subdivision. In less than 90 days, Rivermont's own "axis of evil" have put this community in a tailspin. Ralph, Catherine and Bill along with the help of Ed and Jim and a few others have stripped Rivermont of valid by-laws, covenants, ACC guidelines and any respectability that we have struggled to preserve. Others have sacrificed 5-6 years of their own personal lives to keep Rivermont afloat but this bunch of goons has destroyed all legitimacy that had been established. How sick these people are.
I would recommend that those attending the next BOD meeting should bring a "shoe". Unlike what happened with GWB when the "shoe thrower" missed his target, maybe your shoe will bean this fat head. And if you miss with him, go for one of the other melon heads that have participated in destroying the integrity of Rivermont and the specific guidelines and rules that keep our community a liveable place of quality. These morons are destroying this community by shredding and stripping away the rules of our community.
It's really questionable where Ralph came up with his "volunteer of the month" selection that appeared in the first three newsletters. These same three persons were actively involved in an attempt to destroy our by-laws, covenants and ACC guidelines. All three are relatively unknown in Rivermont as active volunteers for anything that would benefit Rivermont. Both Ed and Jim spearheaded the effort to overthrow our long standing governing documents and wanted to sell our park. Jim spent $595.00 of homeowner money to reward volunteer work by others in 2006, which is against our covenants, by taking them for wine and dinner at the expense of RHOA money. Bob never performed any worthwhile volunteer services for Rivermont. Jim and Bob both resigned from the BOD before completing their term. Volunteers of the month? Surely you must be joking Ralphy. Next thing we know it will be Charles as "volunteer of the month'.
The monthly newsletter isn't worth the paper it is printed on. If you want the real facts about Rivermont you won't find it in that newsletter.
Ralph tends to rewrite the facts to suit his own agenda. Remember, he was an active participant and organizer that sued the board in 2009 which also resulted part in the derailment of our by-laws, covenants and ACC guidelines. He openly violates all rules that once kept this community as a respectable jewel of North Fulton and does not even pretend to follow protocol. Ralph likes to make his own rules without full board authorization or approval. Not once has he, as the Communications Chair provided true and factual information.
