Due to specific instances, Suzi Krizan was removed last August from this website as a contributor to information and as an administrative “moderator” to this website. Again, this website strives to report only verifiable FACT about Rivermont, internal community affairs and the function of our Board of Directors. We also provide detailed reports and content of all BOD monthly meetings and activity, to keep our residents informed because we know that providing this information allows residents to have an insight as to the many ongoing developments and improvements in our community. All content provided is meant to inform each and every resident how our annual dues money is being applied for the benefit of our residents and our community, whether to enhance our amenities, improve visual impact of our entrances, our park and/or maintenance of our community as a whole.
As stated above, Suzi Krizan has been “cut loose” from this website due to extensive negative content from her personal e-blasts which many of you have received over the past several weeks. In an effort to stem the negative information distributed by Suzi and in most instances pure fabrication and manipulation of honest assessments by Suzi, this website desires no affiliation with such unfounded remarks and comments by Suzi. I therefore find it necessary to disassociate myself and this website from Suzi as a result of many homeowners requesting that she be stricken as a registered user and moderator for http://www.rivermontnews.com/bb.
In conclusion, I will state unequivocally and for the record, full denial that Suzi Krizan has any further or future affiliation with this website or any content herein. She has been acting independently and of her own free will in her attempt to disrupt and distribute negative and inflammatory information about Rivermont, the BOD and board policies. These actions constitute improper representation with regard to Rivermont.
Any resident receiving frequent and annoying e-blasts from Krizan have the right to request that she remove them from her distro list. Because Suzi has conducted herself in the above manner, she has apparently opted to set a goal that actively pursues elimination of our covenants and by-laws which for nearly 40 years has defined our community under rules that have enabled Rivermont to continue as an upscale community of North Fulton County.
Suzi is also known to be a psychotic chronic complainer in the community. She is perceived as a pathetic person by a growing number of residents in Rivermont.
