ABRASIVE PERSONALITY AND IGNORANT OF COMMUNITY STANDARDS - Projects perhaps the nastiest attitude of any board member ever - BAD FOR THE BOARD. HAS SCREWED-UP THE ACC IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS and has forgiven the majority of fines against homeowners that have accumulated repeated violations, including herself.
